Corporate Social Responsibility
We can only make our CSR policies work because we have a group of people who care about each other, the environment, and those less fortunate. Without a doubt our staff actively contribute to a better society by participating in many charitable activities across the UK and Ireland.
- Back to Work support
- Environmental impact
Our CSR policy is based on 2 pillars: Charity/Volunteering and Back to Work.
Charity and Volunteer work
We officially support several big charity events every year as part of CSR.
The SRAC Atlantic Challenge Cycle which takes place in March every year. As well as our staff taking part, we have a number of volunteers who help organise and run the event. All proceeds raised go to a variety of charities including Make a Wish, Seeking vision and Alzheimer’s Ireland.
We sponsor the Cancer Fund for Children annual ball. This year the charity did an especially amazing job and raised over £150k. The money will go to support children and young people diagnosed with cancer or living with a parent diagnosed with cancer.
As much as possible we integrate 4site’s love of contributing to social good into our company activities.
Not only do we do charitable work all year round, at Christmas, we do several voluntary and fun activities which can change every year!
We are so proud of our employees and their pursuits outside of the office, from sport to charity work (Golf, GAA, Sailing, Big spin for little lives, Mind over Matter, Simon Community and much more)
Back to work
We want to give a chance when they don’t have a chance. First and foremost 4site invest in the future of communications, which means we invest in our people.
Our Back to work scheme supports people, from anywhere in the world, who have been out of work for some time and rejuvenate their love of having a purpose. We upskill and cross skill all our new recruits so that they can have pride in their achievement in the workplace.
